Gain Confidence in your smile

At RESTORE Dental Specialists, we believe that straighter, well-spaced teeth make it easier for you to keep your teeth clean and healthy, preventing future dental problems, and at the same time you’ll have a smile to be proud of, thus boosting self-esteem and confidence, what ever your age.

We believe we have the top Orthodontist team in the Midlands, made up of Consultant and Specialist Orthodontists. They provide exceptional orthodontic treatment for both adults and children in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Adult Orthodontics

A beautiful smile can improve your confidence and create a memorable first impression. We provide a range of discreet braces and aligners for adult treatment, so that straightening your teeth doesn’t have to get in the way of your life.

Options include ‘barely there’ clear ceramic fixed braces and Invisalign, removable clear aligners. For some simple orthodontic problems, our range of Fast short term braces, can give you a better smile in as little as six to nine months. We of course also offer conventional fixed metal braces too.

Children and Teenager Orthodontics

Our team at RESTORE Orthodontics is highly experienced at working with young people at all ages. We know that some will initially be nervous about the prospect of “having braces”, so we listen to their concerns and do everything we can to make them feel relaxed.

Through early intervention, with an interceptive approach to orthodontic treatment, we encourage teeth to develop into improved positions, avoid extracting teeth, achieving a full smile during those important early teenage years.

We offer specialist led orthodontic treatment for children and teens, with convenient flexible payment options.

Why Choose A Specialist Orthodontist?

  • A Specialist Orthodontist has overall responsibility for the patients in their care. Their role is to assess the patient, diagnose any problems and suggest treatment options for your particular concern or problem. They explain the risks and benefits and then provide the treatment that they recommend will suit you the best and gives you the best outcome in most effective way.
  • Some general dental practices will offer orthodontics but a general dentist will usually have undergone less formal training and will have less experience than a specialist in orthodontics. To train successfully as a specialist Orthodontist usually takes at least ten years and to train as a Consultant Orthodontist, it could take further 2-3 years training.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is orthodontics?

Orthodontics is a specialist branch of dentistry concentrating on the diagnosis and treatment of dental irregularities. This include crooked, crowded, protruded teeth and poor jaw alignment.

The aim of the orthodontic specialist and their treatment is to provide a healthy, functional bite, create greater resistance to disease, and improve the appearance of patient’s smile.

How will I pay for orthodontic treatment for myself or my child?

At your initial visit a plan of treatment will be devised and fees determined. We offer our patients flexible payment options – we ask for an initial payment of 25% of the cost of your treatment to secure your appliance fitting appointment. The remaining balance can then be paid by instalments.

Should you chose to pay to pay in full for your treatment you will receive a 5% discount of the total amount.

Visit our Fees page for more information.

What are the orthodontic treatment options?

Orthodontic treatment is a biological process where individual case assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning is essential to ensure that the best and most appropriate appliance for you as an individual is used. It is important that the orthodontic brace is tailored for you. Our specialist experience and expertise will ensure you are advised of all the various appliances which will ensure successful orthodontic treatment for you.

Having had a thorough case assessment and all necessary records, which include appropriate photographs, specific orthodontic radiographs and intra-oral scans, we will discuss carefully your malocclusion (bite) and the different approaches that you could consider.

Options include fixed, metal braces, Lingual braces, which are fitted behind your teeth and hardly visible, ‘barely there’ clear ceramic fixed braces and Invisalign, removable clear aligners. For some simple orthodontic problems, our range of Fast short term braces, can give you a better smile in as little as six to nine months.
